Tried to go in as a new patient, got an appointment 2 months out, ok annoying but pretty standard. Then their reminder system was inconsistent and confusing about how early they wanted me to arrive. I arrived 15 minutes early as indicated in one of the reminders because that feels like plenty of time for any amount of paperwork, especially considering I’m in the overall Seton system already through my PCP. Cedar Park OBGYN Associates provided a deeply disappointing experience. I arrived two minutes late to an ultrasound and was rescheduled a month out, despite having sent ER paperwork for heavy bleeding. When I finally came back, I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled ultrasound, only to be told the technician was running late and they couldn’t reach them. The doctor and nurse staff were nice, but there are serious issues with literally everything else. Don’t expect timely or effective care. -Trying to get an IUD- I originally went here to get an IUD. The office told me they would take care of ordering my IUD and they would call me when it arrived. Several weeks went by and I didn’t hear anything.
