Dylan, who stated he was the service manager, was the most unprofessional and rude service person I’ve encountered. We had a scheduled appointment for 4pm and were told my car, which was only there for a battery replacement which my husband told them at drop off to replace, would be ready by 6. @ Fredi Sanchez Garcia I visited your service center based on your assurance that my issue would be properly diagnosed and resolved. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. From the moment I approved the recommended service, the attitude of your staff changed noticeably. Extremely frustrating and poorly handled experience with the service department. Almost a week ago I got a nail in my tire and it went completely flat. I couldn’t even put the spare on because the technicians failed to return my wheel lock key to the glove box after replacing my tires in January. On Monday I repeatedly tried to reach my service advisor by phone and email with no response and was told the manager was out again. Do not trust this service department. Got an inspection, only thing wrong was an $800 part. They fixed that part and charged me $1000 THEN decided after that they figured out the transmission is going out and needed another $10,000. Would not have gotten the other part fixed for obvious reasons so very shady practice. Oh, and did I mention my car only has 68k miles? Second Nissan where transmission went out until 80k miles. Pieces of junk and terrible service department. Stay away! Never buying from Nissan again.
