We have been loyal Nissan customers for nearly a decade, but our recent experiences with their service center have been extremely disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and reported an air leak in the rear passenger tire. I visit the Nissan Service Center once or twice year over the last five years, and definitely have my preferences when it comes to service advisors. My latest shout out is to Dominic, who went above and beyond to get my car's blower repaired at a good price. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and communicative. My car is not far from 20 years old and I feel confident with the recommendations and repairs at this location.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I brought my vehicle to Cedar Park Nissan for an oil change, oil filter replacement, and tire rotation. After picking up my vehicle, I discovered that the tire rotation had not been performed. I regularly inspect my vehicle and can identify each wheel by distinctive marks on the rims, so I know the tires remained in their original positions. Came in for a simple battery replacement, and they tried to sell me over $2,300 in additional repairs, including brakes and a motor mount. I got a second opinion from a local mechanic, who said my car was perfectly fine. They also replaced my brakes later for a fraction of the price. This felt like an attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs. Disappointed!

Id give zero stars if it was an option. Terrible buying experience. Im pretty sure theyre deleting reviews since my last one has disappeared. They said they registered my car when I bought it, but I still haven't received my registration. Its not even in the DMVs system. Ive called and theyre not willing to help. Please do not buy from these people its all a scam.
