Id give zero stars if it was an option. Terrible buying experience. Im pretty sure theyre deleting reviews since my last one has disappeared. They said they registered my car when I bought it, but I still haven't received my registration. Its not even in the DMVs system. Ive called and theyre not willing to help. Please do not buy from these people its all a scam.
I have been a customer of your Cedar Park Nissan dealership for several years. We purchased our vehicle from your dealership, and since then we've brought it back for every oil change, inspection, and recommended service. In the lot writing this review because I had such a great experience with the service rep Jimmy Mathwig that he deserved an immediate positive review. He was so helpful, answering all my questions, working with me on maintenance price concerns while educating ne on maintenance concerns. Everyone at this location has always been helpful and understanding when bringing in my vehicle the past year or more, so finally giving this location the positive review it has continuously deserved.
