The most inefficient service center EVER!! I was here for 3.5 hours for a simple oil change and state inspection. When asked after 3 hours, they said the oil change is done but state inspection is held up due to some machinery issue on their side. No one informed that there was an issue. After requesting the car without inspection, still took them 30 mins to get the car out. I see mechanics in the shop chilling and having a nice laugh.. and stranded customers in the waiting lobby clueless how long it will take.
Recently got an oil change and the CVT Flush. Hasn't been long since my oil change and it looks like they never put air in my tires so now I'm going to have to go do that. Makes me wonder what else I paid for that they didn't actually do?
Don't honor coupons everyone was just sitting around didn't greet you once you entered just sat there had a long line of vehicles had a 1015 appointment had to go inside to get help bad experience
Brought my fiance’s Nissan here for regular maintenance where the advisor and technician tried to scare us into an expensive control arm repair. Told us that we would need a lower control arm replacement, alignment and balancing all totaling close to $1600, stating that us leaving is accepting the danger of a control arm breaking. Took it to an independent shop where they stated that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the control arms or bushings and that everything is in solid working order, didn’t even charge us for it... read more
