Horrible trap of a scam to be pulled into. My so called friend sold me a trailer here and the lot rent went up 3x’s you can’t touch nothing. They should sell lots for owned trailers!!!!!!!
Rent is too high to have to listen to others music day and night. Buy ear plugs and don't plan on being able to watch TV in peace

I am moving out of here since the rent is going up every year and the owner doesnt care if people are on a limited income. There are many elderly and disabled people living here. I would not recommend this place.

The park is under new owner ship, The park it going down hill fast,And the rent keeps going up, The park will soon be another trailer park slum and with the manger that does not care it is happening very fast,I would never move in here if you wont a quiet nice clean place to live, check Cabarrus county police dept to see how many calls they have out here in 1 week !!!!
