The dentist is super nice. However, the girl who “cleaned” my teeth tore my lips all up. I even told her I felt like they were being cut. She continued with what she was doing. Today, the day after, my lips are sore & all swollen. The online scheduling thing doesn’t work either. Asks to verify your info, asks your number or email. You enter your number & it sends it to your email. Supposedly. I am pretty sure they don’t have my email on file. 🤔

We initially visited this dental clinic for my treatment, and the experience was so good that Dr. Rashmi indrakanti has now become our family’s dentist. She is very professional, caring, and takes the time to explain every step of the treatment, which makes you feel comfortable and confident. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return your calls, they schedule appointments on days they are closed. The office was a little dirty. They also charged me more than they estimated multiple times. They blamed the insurance company but I’ve never had a dentist come back to me afterwards and demand more money. Maybe do a better job at estimating the service? Or verify with insurance first? Or give a heads up that could happen?
