Great townhomes and I liked the property management that was there when I first moved in. As for the property management team that took over, amateur at best. Zero integrity. Read your lease agreement because they won't abide by it. Currently in the process of getting returned what is ours.
want to start off with saying that it was a pretty good experience living here. it was quiet and peaceful. maintenance was great. there were some problems in the past like parking, for example, that arose that were never solved but that didn't take away from my living experience. actually when I was suppose to move in, the unit i applied for wasn't ready but Kristina made it right and put me in a more preferred unit which included a backyard. all in all, pretty solid experience. unfortunately move out process was difficult a... read more
Amazing place to love management is amazing tami is wonderful to work with and she is very caring.
I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Walls are paper thin so we’d get woken up in the middle of the night to dogs barking, babies crying, or people yelling. Management was impossible to get ahold of, we’d call 6 times over the course of a week and never hear back. They pile on extra fees with no explanation.
