Cedar Park Apartments is a pleasant place to live in a nice location. The property/community manager, Arash, was always nice and helpful, and knew his residents very well. This is a nice advantage of living in a smaller, privately-owned community vs. a larger complex managed by a property management company. Communication was great, and maintenance needs were always taken care of quickly. My family and I have been at Cedar Park Apts for almost 15 years. We have been in both one and two bedroom apartments and the landlord and staff are super nice and willing to help out when a person needs it. We live in a multicultural community. We are in walking distance to Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Dollar Tree and Kenmore Park and Ride. The staff is multicultural. My partner rented this place in 2016 because my potential school Bastyr was closer from this place. The owner Harash was really shady from the get go. He didn't clean the carpets before my partner had moved in. My partner was not in a good mental as he was going through divorce and his dad had suffered a stroke. He never cleaned carpets for us. Once there was fire damage Harash charged 3000 dollars to put in a few old cupboard doors. My partner didn't argue with him on anything . Harsh is antiblack. I will not recommend this... read more
