Ms This is the BEST veterinary clinic I have ever been to! From the initial phone call to the end of the visit was a wonderful experience. The staff are all so friendly and act like they want to be there. The vet that saw my dog was professional, knowlegedable, and non assuming. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
Great Practice! CP Animal Clinic is awesome. They treated our dogs for years. We never felt as though we were over charged, or pushed into treatments we did not feel were necessary. We recently had to put our sweet springer spaniel to sleep after 15 years. The doctor and staff were wonderful. They allowed time for us and prepared us beforehand so that we could make the best choices for ourselves, our children and most of all our sweet dog. They are awesome!
LOVE THEM! I have 4 dogs who are precious to me. When one of them became ill, I went into the clinic...at 12:30 on Saturday and they closed at 1:00pm. Dr. Kim stayed two hours over to help us out. In the end, we found it was liver cancer that had spread and there was no way to treat it other than provide supportive care. A few weeks later we had to put my sweet girl down because she was suffering so much. Through all of this, the staff at the clinic were AMAZING. These people care nothing about your satisfaction as a customer. the vet failed to administer a full injection to my dog then REFUSED to refund my eighteen dollars! Take my advice and go elsewhere or you may regret it.
Best Clinic in Cedar Park I have been breeding bully breeds for the last 7 years. When we moved our kennel to Texas we search for a great vet. We tried BlockHouse Animal Clinic. The tried to over charge us, pressure us, treat things that weren't there, convince us of problems that didn't exist. They were the worst of all vet experiences.
Great Care! This a fantastic clinic for your pets Vet care. They do not try to pad the bill with procedures that are unnecessary. They are up front and honest with you. The most important thing is that they are gentle and caring with your pet. You can tell that everyone at this office truly love animals and want your pet to be healthy and happpy.
