A new holistic mental health service offering mental health diagnosis, medication management, case management, therapy, functional therapy and recreational therapy. We welcome children and adults. We also have a mental health same day/ drop in service for all ages. Groups for teenagers and parents will start this summer. A welcoming team to support you with all of your mental health needs from full assessment to prescriptions and crisis management.

I can’t say enough good things. Anyone I have encountered is sweet and helpful, I have a lot of anxiety and it always eases when I show up. Please do not be off put by how young adolescent focused they are (I personally think it’s amazing). The facility downstairs is warm and inviting. Katrina is insightful and has made suggestions that have made a difference in my experiences with ADHD and with food and eating.
