After talking with Andy about one of his closeout models, I found him to be extremely helpful and when I picked my cover up and put it on our hot tub, I was super happy on how well it fit and how well it looks. Very professional experience
This has been a horrible experience. I ordered my cover in October and still have not received it. Communication has been very poor. I call and no one answers. I leave messages and no one calls back. They say it will be ready on a particular day and nothing. Last communication was from Andy. “ Hey Carl, I’m on an airplane but your cover is done out side our building if you want to pick it up anytime. The shop is closed today”. What does this even mean. I asked them to replace a cover that they had built for me 15 years ago. It took a little longer than expected and communication was lacking a bit but overall I'm very happy with the finished product as I was the first time 15 years ago.
Love small business that is totally customer oriented!!
