We ordered our hot tub cover on Tuesday and got a call and picked it up on Friday. It was a perfect fit. Color was fantastic. All in all a great experience. Thank you Sue and the whole team. I would recommend you to anyone.
After talking with Andy about one of his closeout models, I found him to be extremely helpful and when I picked my cover up and put it on our hot tub, I was super happy on how well it fit and how well it looks. Very professional experience
This has been a horrible experience. I ordered my cover in October and still have not received it. Communication has been very poor. I call and no one answers. I leave messages and no one calls back. They say it will be ready on a particular day and nothing. Last communication was from Andy. “ Hey Carl, I’m on an airplane but your cover is done out side our building if you want to pick it up anytime. The shop is closed today”. What does this even mean.
