Very run down, hard to drive through due to all of the cars both parked, and broken down out in the road way. Very poor lighting. Garbage all over the place. Just because it's a trailer park doesn't mean they have to cater to the demographic. From what I hear, they're charging way too much rent to just forgo maintenance like that.
Rent here was ridiculously cheap, however so was the care for tenants and the neighboring people do not mind tresspassing. I had tools stolen from my driveway and food out of my chest freezer as well as a washer and a standing freezer. High theft and usually by the neighbors around the park. As a last testament they would not except more than half of rent and to wait one extra week for the rest while in a financial crisis (2020) I was evicted for this soul reason.
Needing cosmetic help.. Dangerous trees ... Rules unfair Land rent is too high for what one pays ...
