Cedar Mill has great potential, the homes are beautiful inside, and the amenities like the fitness center and pool are nice additions. However, for the home prices in this area, the community would greatly benefit from becoming gated. The current setup allows random cars to park outside the homes, which affects both the appearance of the neighborhood and the overall sense of safety. Wish they would give you a more length of time to actually move in & not just 2 weeks out of the current date…it’s April 27th today & my lease ends in July, will only allow me to extend move in date the latest May11th so that kinda sucks
Yes they were overpriced but has since come down in price. They do require your household income to be 3x or more of the rent price. Also you have to bring your own washer and dryer. Other than that it’s been great. I love that they are new.
Nice homes, but way over priced! AMH has terrible reviews so be sure to do your research before renting.
