What an amazing place to stay and a pure gem. Close to shops, and easy access if heading through Townsville from the north or the south. But most of all the managers not only go out of their way to make one feel comfortable but also are there to assist in every aspect of the stay. We stayed for 12 nights due to a family bereavement and were totally supported through our stay.

Stayed on 2 occasions whilst my stepfather was being having triple bypass surgery as Cairns doesn't have the facilities to accommodate that level of treatment.The management are friendly and the rooms clean and large.Plenty of parking,a central common area for smoking with seating provided and a very short distance to the hospital by car. Walking distance to Coles express service station, Toms Tavern, Subway & Stockland mall. Would have stayed a third time however they were booked out. Would choose to stay there again.

Owners were absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable bed, shower was the best shower ever. Walked to get dinner, about 200m. Only thing we didn't like was how bright the rooms are from the outside hall lights but we understand they are on for security and safety of the people staying so still get a 5 stars in my eyes.
