HORRIBLE customer service. Very expensive flower arrangement ordered with guaranteed mothers day delivery - arragement never arrived and there was no communication about this, owner wouldn't return calls -- days later the owner couldn't even confirm what happened or if flowers were in fact delivered. Owner finally replied to offer a refund after legal action was suggested.
