We’re so happy with our purchase!! I would definitely purchase from Tri Pointe again. The process from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The staff is great, we had no issues at all with the Tri Pointe lender (and got a better interest rate than anyone we’ve talked to who has bought elsewhere recently), and the quality of construction was great. I wish we hadn’t gone with the base level floors and cabinets, but otherwise we’re very pleased.
