Great place to live! Family owned and run.
These folks ran a man out of the complex because he fed stray cats. They didn't belong to him, he just fed them and he had an old trailer. They complained about his skirting which was damaged by a thunder storm. He's an old veteran with health issues on a fixed income. Funny enough there are small travel trailers that are allowed to go without skirting at all. They were nice at first but slowly became a problem. HE NEVER MISSED A RENT PAYMENT.
