I lived there for a little over a year. It's not terrible the bugs 3 main things they had happened was I almost got car car jacked with first few months of living there, had to deal with 9 Crack heads that lived in a 1 bedroom apartment (management work with us and the other Tenets to get them out), my grill got stolen about 6 months into my lease, and 3rd and final someone shot at my apartment. It's not exactly safe buts it's live able. Also there are a bunch of homeless standing around.

A bit run down on the outside. The inside is in decent shape. There was a homeless community under the bridge in front of the estate but in the 90 days we lived here the city welded a fence under the bridge to disperse the issue.
