Mowed half my yard and charged me for a full mow. I feel like im being targeted, I shouldn't feel like this being a home owner. The yard was the same length as my neighbors but I got force Mowed! Update. They tried to charge me around $4000 after moving out! Do NOT move into this place! This place was a nightmare to live at. Constant rent increases, garbage fee increases, they lose your paperwork, try to force you to buy even when you can't and they double the cost of your home even though trailers do the opposite and depreciate over time, they don't fix things, took amenities away like access to a dumpster and lawn care, send emails about criminal activity in the park every other day (gas siphoning, cars being broke... read more
They tacked on late fees after it says paid, and then my card thinks it's a scam it's done this 2 times and they won't give me a mail box key so I can't even get my mail
