Update. They tried to charge me around $4000 after moving out! Do NOT move into this place! This place was a nightmare to live at. Constant rent increases, garbage fee increases, they lose your paperwork, try to force you to buy even when you can't and they double the cost of your home even though trailers do the opposite and depreciate over time, they don't fix things, took amenities away like access to a dumpster and lawn care, send emails about criminal activity in the park every other day (gas siphoning, cars being broke... read more
They tacked on late fees after it says paid, and then my card thinks it's a scam it's done this 2 times and they won't give me a mail box key so I can't even get my mail
Terrible cheap places that they cost you 1000+ we are stuck in our lease right now but they are so unprofessional and unreliable. We have a shelf in our closet and we used in after being moved in a year and some and when we did it fell off the wall. They say they are going to do a walkthrough within 1-2 days and never showed up this isn’t the first time. We put a work notice in and they still haven’t even showed up for that. They also passed our trailer 3 times and didn’t stop once this place is a joke…
