Horrible rooms, horrible customer service.
Tried to charge us $120/night when the rate last time was $58/night. Truly scam artists. We never got into our hotel room and the first one had a ceiling tile on the floor, and the electricity was out. They upgrade us and that room is filthy. There was hair everywhere and bugs and a bunch of stuff on the floor. We tell them we don’t want the room. It’s too dirty and we found other accommodations and she said she could only refund one night at $120. Meaning they still got $120 although we never even got to stay in the room. I... read more
