Seemed like a nice guy, price was great. Unfortunately we turned back the covers and found these small wormy bugs in the bed and immediately packed back up. When we tried to get a refund since we'd only been in the room long enough to get everything unpacked and our babies in there playpens when we noticed the bugs they denied ever seeing these bugs in their hotel and claimed he couldn't give us a refund since we paid with a debit up front. Paper thin walls. People checked in beside me just before midnight. Noisy as hell!!! Of course, the office closed. 5:30 am same thing. Radio blasting and they were singing along. Again, office closed. The room was nice, clean. Don't think I'll stay there again!
Andy you made it very welcoming he made you feel like you are a part of his family. Even his mother was very nice and his wife as well.. housekeeping. not so friendly, very rude and anytime. Ask for clean bedding. Or towels or toilet paper acts like it's her chore. And if you ask my opinion, I think they need a whole new housekeeping lady because they need somebody that enjoys their job and not somebody that treats it like a chore. Clean, quiet and great value.
Overall, a great stay! The room was spotless (seriously, they even moved the furniture to clean), and the front desk staff made the place feel warm and welcoming. The decor’s a bit outdated, and the exterior could use a touch-up, but for the price, it was a solid deal. Easy access off the highway, friendly staff, and clean rooms—it’s not the Ritz, but it’s definitely a great hidden gem if you’re just looking for comfort and a good night’s sleep.
