This is the first place I’ve lived where maintenance requests are prioritized so quickly! Kevin has been a huge help! They are always so prompt & efficient + everyone is the office is amazing & so helpful :) I’ve had a great experience here.
Simply my opinion. It's a great look most definitely. The only negative that my brain thinks about is, imagine walking up to that front door when it's dark outside and for some reason there is not an outside light on. It's going to be uncomfortably dark. At least to me. *Important modification.... I'd like to begin by making one extremely important thing very clear. The properties are clean, the apartments are efficient, covered parking is fantastic. All of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Notifications for events, of all kinds, are appreciated. Notification of work orders completed, are immediate.
