We've been with Cedar Hills Kindercare for more than 5 years. Our life has been much easier thanks to the amazing team who work here. Besides teaching children the academics, they keep a welcoming and caring atmosphere for them. We had a poor experience with the enrollment process & communication here and ultimately went somewhere else which I’m grateful for but this was a big waste of time & money. So sharing my experience… We were initially excited after touring and paid the fees to secure an infant spot the following year. After that it went downhill fast, no response from management (emails, calls) even a drop by was more empty promises as I tried to finalize leave plans. We are so lucky to send our daughter to this daycare. Ms Ana and Ms Lupita are AMAZING! They are so patient with my 2 year old. My daughter was super shy and attached to mommy. When she first started in daycare, she was 23 month old. She completely freaked out and was crying all the time. Ms Ana had to hold my daughter all day long for the first two weeks. Ms Ana was also trying hard to let my daughter like her. I was so worried about my daughter’s behavior but Ms Ana and Ms Lupita are so understanding. They never complain. ... read more
