I have moved my home into the park, about 7 months ago. Just wanted to say I feel very safe here. I don’t get bothered by my neighbors, its always pretty quit. Long time residents live here for the most part. The trailer park enforces rules that keeps the park looking great, and on point, me and my dogs love it here! Let’s just say where I was at before was overpriced and not safe. The park manager responds to any questions in at least an hour if not sooner during working hours....Just had a new drive way put in and ditches ... read more

Don't do it unless you're ready to deal with stupid! Got a notice saying I'll be fined for using my own driveway! And if you're buying a property be ready for people to go through your homes because that's exactly what the owners do! In other words skip out on this dump!
