For nearly 6 years, my husband and I have lived in Cedar Hill Estates. We personally love it here. The manager, Carol, is wonderful. She always responds in a timely manner whenever we have any issues in our rental, and ensures problems are taken care of quickly. She takes care of us and is a huge reason we are happy there! The maintenance is also always very kind and professional when they come by. We appreciate them very much!
The folks that run the place are very helpful and want the best living conditions for their community. It's a relief to be believed immediately when repairs are needed. The homes are nice too! Maintained well and a good amount of space. Neighbors are not loud. Neighborhood is within walking distance of grocery stores, library and gas stations.
Rude manager over priced for a cheap run down trailer park
decent enough scenery, sligbtly over priced pad rent, but makes up for it with down to earth, truzt worthy, overall great neighbors and un-noseyfriends. could use a pool and laundry room?!...
