Viewed homes here Friday afternoon and D found the experience to be pleasant and informative. The manager is knowledgeable and made the task of first time home hunting easy to navigate.
Have visited family here for years and the park manager Carol Null is the worst. Using her position to harass current residents. From harassment of some residents to do more upkeep then other property’s and not haveing things in yard while other residents are not bothered with the same requests. Carol Null needs to be fired for being very unprofessional and nasty to certain residents
Nice neighborhood
For nearly 6 years, my husband and I have lived in Cedar Hill Estates. We personally love it here. The manager, Carol, is wonderful. She always responds in a timely manner whenever we have any issues in our rental, and ensures problems are taken care of quickly. She takes care of us and is a huge reason we are happy there! The maintenance is also always very kind and professional when they come by. We appreciate them very much!
