My dog had a uti and I messaged them the eve before for appt. Regular appts were til 1pm. After that urgent care kicks in. Return message was no regular appts were available but we could work something out. My son didn't get message(was on my phone and we weren't available) so he brought her in about 11am. They did a UA right away so I assumed they squeezed.her in for reg appt. When I went to pick her up they charged me urgent care prices.
