Very rude and could care less about their patients.
They are very insensitive and very rude. They do not care about their patients needs. I definitely not recommend. Will be finding another doctor ASAP!
This in-network provider used an out of network lab and now we're on the hook for figuring out how to negotiate it down with the lab. I've read a bit...while somewhat common, it's clear that the norm is for the provider to ensure they use a lab that is in network. I heard others were also recently impacted by this at the provider, and so I don't really appreciate having to worry about this... and if I really end up having to pay $245 out of pocket?
