Jessica was amazing, she was so kind and helpful. She is great at helping me understand and explain things when i’m not too sure what to do. She is also very quick and responsive to any questions or concerns I have. Truly an awesome employee! Makes me feel like I chose a good place to live.Â

We lived here for 12 years. In that 12 years there were at the least 3 to 5 water line breaks per year. Sewage issues by the dozens. Went weeks without running water because their sewage leaks were running into the neighboring water shed. Its run like a very bad HOA. Tow trucks in the park nightly towing vehicles. Ive known multiple people who have been kicked out of the community for speaking up about ongoing issues. This is not a place for anyone to live quietly or to be treated fairly. You have been warned.Â
