They took wonderful care of our old family dog, Bruno, and provided a beautiful and respectful private cremation service. Their compassion and professionalism made a difficult time much easier. Thank you again to all the solid staff at Cedar Grove Animal Hospital.
I have a dog that doesn’t do well with meeting strangers(it’s a breed thing), she needs a little bit of time getting use to you. During Covid I took my dog to see them and was not informed before hand that I won’t be allowed in with her. She was a puppy not even a year yet and due to lock down I was not yet aware of her aggression towards strangers in certain environments. Love the doctors very smart guy, but OMG the in house prescription dispensing fees are outrageous $160 for 20 pills 2 different kinds , but i checked out if you ask for a written prescription which is posted on bcva website all vets are obligated give you a choice to get meds from another official pharmacy , I contacted Costco pharmacy in Burnaby and was told the 2 medicines 10 pills each was only $26 including dispensing fee's for the exact same brands, all i needed was a prescription, Please be aware to ask for a written p... read more
I have been buying my cat food here for 3 + years but had my old vet in Maple ridge . Taking 3 cats in the truck there was too much so I thought I'd give this place a try. Dr Dakota is absolutely amazing . The front staff are always friendly and the tech is lovely also . ( I wish I knew the names / name ). I was pleasantly surprised for 3 cats blood work , Zeppelin had an abscess( so antibiotics, draining and anti-inflammatories) , and for 3 cats shots ( so 3 cats all together ) the price didn't drain my bank account!
