I am very impressed with the product that I have received during the past two years. However, in our third year of printing, we've had some issues with pre-production, billing, and communication. (I have made some assumptions regarding timeline, submission, and billing based on past interaction with the company which now seem to have changed. This is what has left me in a bind.)
