I lived there for a year and it was almost all positive. I liked my unit with a great view and amazing access to trails. If you are an active person, Cross Plains is about as good as it gets in the Midwest. Management was responsive and treated residents like humans who deserve respect- which is not always the case when renting. Location is great to be near hiking and biking trails, as entrance is right out the door. Nestled in hills in quiet neighborhood, and 1 block from Black Earth Creek, yet only blocks away from Hwy 14 and local amenities of Cross Plains. On-site management was always friendly and prompt response if needed. Units were quiet with cordial neighbors. Pet friendly. Surrounding grounds well taken care of.
