My daughter had her wedding reception here in August and Cedar Fox is just the perfect venue! We liked the balance between having an outdoor space for cocktails and an indoor space for dinner and dancing. I plan corporate events and I don't live in Illinois, so when I called Cari to ask an endless amount of questions, she was very patient and thorough with her answers. She is wonderful to work with and her and her staff did a great job of taking care of us. I would highly recommend them & Cedar Fox.
As the bride’s maid of honor, I was so impressed with how beautiful the venue was and how helpful the staff were! They truly went above and beyond. The veranda was perfect when the rain came, and we stayed completely dry. It was such a simple, cozy space for an intimate wedding. They made sure everything was taken care of and made the whole experience so easy! I highly recommend Cedar Fox!
We had our wedding last weekend at Cedar Fox and it was truly an amazing day. We chose the venue for the location, its covered patio ceremony space (in case it rained) and how clean/cute it was. We also liked that we could choose our own caterer. Claudia & Cari were very helpful in the planning process, mainly in the final few weeks leading up to the big day. Bartenders were great (so nice & fast service) and all of our 100 guests loved being right in the heart of St. Charles!
As an event company, we recently had to relocate one of our client's weddings due to an unexpected issue with our venue.
