3224 Neola in Cedar Falls I gave this aparmtnet a 3 out of 5. Why? because it has good and poor qualities. Lets start with the good. The rent we pay for a 2 bedroom apt. 1 bath is fantastic. It is definitely on the lower end for what you are paying for. Another good, is that the utilities are not going to cost you an arm and leg every month. Then some of the bad.
