Horrible place to take your vehicle. I was charged over $100 for them to hook my truck up to their diagnostic computer. Once they figured out that my truck needed to have the transfer case repaired I was informed that they do not repair transferases. I also already knew it was most likely the transfer case due to the truck not going into four-wheel drive and I'm sure they did as well. Did a good job.
I have been going to cedar cross for years with my current vehicle. Sam is beyond amazing!! I took my truck in for brake replacement. He called me during the process and let me know the extent of my truck issues. Instead of fixing what I thought was a brake issue, he let me know my truck was near the end of its life. No unneeded repair costs. Huge thank you to Sam!!!
