I want to get a eye exam. I got my glasses online and they came in wrong thinking it was just because I got them online but my prescription was wrong. I went back to tell them it was wrong. They didn’t want to admit they were the ones that messed up my prescription instead wanted me to pay again to get another eye exam. very bad customer service.
Had been going since I was a kid and decided to come back after 7 years to try getting a contact fitting. Long story short, the staff were rude in rushing to get me out of the contact fitting area as they claimed they wanted to make space for other patients, and even fit the contacts into my eye for me (which I’m pretty sure is something that they legally cannot do for me). We made an appointment via "request appointment online" option on their website. We received an email confirmation of the appointment however when we showed up the receptions told us there was nothing scheduled. We were told that was set up by the supervisor but people should not use that option ever. The problem is when we call to make an appointment the office never would call us back.
I've been seeing Dr Quick for decades. I tried to set up an appointment, they said you haven't been seen in a while, Dr Quick is not accepting new patients and since you haven't been in a while your a new patient. Epic fail for Cedar Crest vision, actually epic fail for the mean lady on the phone not Dr Quick. I will not go back. 25 year resident of the area. I rather drive to town
