Upon entering the office, I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and welcoming attitude. My wait was about 5 minutes before Marisol invited me to accompany her to an exam room. Very disappointed with the customer service staff answers the phone (Judy). I called to make an appointment for my son and when I didn't have his insurance information I said can we just schedule it as self-pay she was not happy. She said I need to look up the insurance. I told her I'd be willing to pay out-of-pocket she then told me after I asked again to schedule an appointment with self-pay that she could not schedule the appointment after all because my son was over 18. Glasses are to expensive for my wages can't buy food much less a pair of 300 dollars glasses
I want to get a eye exam. I got my glasses online and they came in wrong thinking it was just because I got them online but my prescription was wrong. I went back to tell them it was wrong. They didn’t want to admit they were the ones that messed up my prescription instead wanted me to pay again to get another eye exam. very bad customer service.
