Needs more complete breakfast with fried eggs, bacon. The inn was lovely. 2 inn keepers were very nice and easy on the eyes. Don't come here if you can't climb steps. I am 73 and had no problem with them.
My family and I loved our stay at the cedar crest inn. We stayed for 4 nights, the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the use of the common spaces and private rooms.
A beautiful historical house, Cedar Crest Inn is centrally located in Asheville, with convenient check in/out, and friendly & professional inn keepers. The Serenity room was cosy and comfortable with a private entrance. My only suggestion is to step up the breakfast choices with some locally fresh baked items (scones, muffins) with jams & cream and fresh fruit. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay. We will return!

We had a fantastic visit at Cedar Crest Inn. We stayed in the Garden Room which was great. The staff was very nice/accommodating, the house was beautiful with so much character, and the location was close the everything we planned to do, including being less than 2 miles from downtown. Look forward to going back. Highly recommended!
