I brought my teen here for over a year she saw Hughes and a counselor. Never had an issue with anyone there. Always treated very kindly by reception. But i’m also very patient and kind as well. After I lost my daughter suddenly I started going to them for a year almost now and I don’t want to go anywhere else now. I see Lauren Hughes mainly. Never had an issue.
I don’t recommend this center to anyone. Amy in insurance billing very rude and unprofessional. Sent a text under the 24 hour appointment time that I have a new deductible in 2024 to meet. My weekly charge went from $50.00 to $100.00, and since it’s under the 24 hour window, if I cancel the fee is $150.00! Find another center to do your therapy! Amy due to your rudeness I will take my business elsewhere! I should have read all the bad Google reviews before selecting this business!
I would give a zero but I can't. My husband has been bounced around and pushed pills instead of actually being treated. He tried to call to ask a question and they wanted to charge him for a visit, $125. They finally compromised on a $15 charge to ask it. When he called back to cancel because that's ridiculous and his PCP answered it for free, they didn't care. His mental health doesn't matter to these people, just money matters. It's all about the money with these people. Don't ask a simple question or you will be charged. I will seek help elsewhere.
Great customer service on the appointments line, unfortunately they did not take my insurance plan.
