I recently had the opportunity to tour Cedar Creek of Ft Wayne, and I was thoroughly impressed by the executive director’s extensive knowledge of the community. The information provided was both insightful and valuable, and I greatly appreciated the professional manner of which she shared her expertise. It was a truly informative experience.
I don’t recommend working here. Not only do you have to get most residents up you have to document that you got them up, changed and you also take ALL their meal orders down and you have to take them by a certain time. There’s only ONE kitchen staff member that does all the cleaning so that means we as CNAs have to help plate and pass out food, take orders AND clean up. When I was in CNA school you only had to feed people that needed assistance feeding ( you have to do that as well here) so our morning shift is VERY busy. I ... read more
My mom loves it here. We love the staff!
They take good care of everyone and they are very friendly and ready to help when you ask them questions. Small community and they know everyone well.
