I was a good customer, all until they directly insulated me on social media. For an upcoming event they posted about free lobster rolls, fine print showed you need to purchase $50 worth of merchandise, so I commented that on the post letting others know and opening it up the company to correct me if I was mistaken. What came next was insanely wrong. They commented “sounds like you prefer tube steak”. Not only did they directly insult a customer but with sexually oriented slander. That is not at all what our marketing person was referring to. She has been a long time employee of Cedar Creek and is a great face to the community. As noted to the customer when he came in. Yes it said you need to spend $50 in any other department which the post clearly states. Or it's on any department manager to hand out a lunch ticket to customers of Cedar Creek Motorsports.
The business is Definitely not ran appropriately....I talked to a salesman about a Honda Pioneer 1000-3 they had....told him I'd take it....after taking my debit card number so he could charge me a $500 down payment I asked him if I could finish paying off the utv with debit card when I came to pick it up...(I live 100 miles away)... he stated NO....ABSOLUTELY NO debit cards for payments...he then stated I had to go to my bank and get a cashier check for the balance.....I wanted the utv bad so I agreed and asked him....how m... read more

We allowed you to put the additional cost for your UTV on the credit card to keep you happy. Obviously that is not the case. I would like to offer you a full re fund for your UTV.
Deceitful PRICING AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A CUSTOMER. I took my motorcycle in for an engine problem to be diagnosed and repaired. A few days ago I was given a call saying it was a minor problem a rubber carburetor boot slipped off. I asked them to please install (4) new spark plugs and to mount a tire on the front of the bike( I was quoted $40.00 for a front tire and $70.00 for a rear) they called yesterday and said the bike was complete. I WOULD NOT LIKE TO RATE EVEN ONE STAR! I would not recommend anyone to shop here! My husband and I went there looking to purchase 2 ATV's that day. We knew what we wanted and were ready to buy. We walked into the building and there were a few employees just standing around and not one of them greeted us nor did they ask if we needed any help. My son entered on online contest for some goggles and was awarded the goggles due to the highest votes. The employees there made sure he got the goggles before his next race in Wausau. Bad service department. Dont even know how to check and oil an air filter. All they care about is the sale. After they get your money good luck with any help. Had a poor running 2017 outlander that they "looked at" and said was "normall". Had it at another dealer for repair and they fixxed the problem.
Bad service department had my side by side for a month had fight with them to get covered under warranty when called to ask what was taking so long was told in the middle of summer there was two snowmobiles in front of me and I did not buy it from them.
