My dad has been a resident in Assisted Living for the past 18 months. The staff is amazing! The are very kind, supportive and down right loving! They are responsive to new ideas and thoughts about patient care. The facility is very clean, the food is great and the environment is just plain fun!
Where to begin. First understand EXACTLY what level of service is required and have it outlined in detail. They will not tell you what kind of care will be given. If a routine/ meds change: Do not expect everyone involved to know the changes. Medication consumption is not always written in the records which causes extra doses, this is being investigated. I wholeheartedly agree with Tim G. The campus is new and attractive. However, with the exception of just a few employees, the staff is beyond terrible. The nursing care is awful. The worst part is that upper management of Trilogy Health Services DOES NOT care and has made it perfectly clear. They prefer to shame and blame families for placing a family member there. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. I actually give this facilitly no stars...but was forced to give it a rating.
My mom is there now and is receiving the best of care. They are working with the family to help her get well. Thanks to all at the Oaks.
Excellent facility in every way! My dad has been there 5 months, unable to walk, and will remain there because it is that good!
The campus is beautiful but the staff is TERRIBLE! Avoid this place at all costs!
My mother was here and received excellent hospice care. My father is now in assisted living. He enjoys his new friends, including the staff. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares for the residents. RP keeps them busy with activities and trips while keeping the residents clean and well fed. RP is well maintained. We are extremely happy with RP.
My mother-in-law had excellent care in their assisted living unit from age 97 to 102. I highly recommend this facility, especially when additional assistance is required. Don Mason
My grandma was recently at resident at Stonegate. I was excited to read of their culture and their dedication to providing excellent care and service to their residents. I was terribly dissapointed by what we actually experienced. Aside from the physical therapy department - we did not have a good experience. She wasn't cared for her based on her needs or what was in her best interest, no one ever had a direct answer or suggestion on what is next.
