Great hike, dificult but doable, water cold but swimmable,
The area is nice. The hiking trail is very good, but the waterfalls are dry at the moment.
Easy to moderate hike on a 65⁰ cloudy day. Not many people on the trail and there are three little river crossings. I could see how people may get in trouble on a hot day. No matter what hike you're going on, always bring water. The permit is only $6, if you don't buy it I hope you get caught and fined. Good luck out there!
