My wife and I had our first eye appointment with Cedar Creek EyeCare. The doctor and staff were outstanding. That’s not always the case. Absolutely great experience as a new patient. Takes a while to get your first appointment since they are busy. Staff answer the phone when you call so you’re not playing phone tag for days. The staff at the front desk are helpful. Most important of all, the eye exam was thorough and dr Courtney took time to explain everything. Fantastic experience
I had my first appointment with Dr. Courtney on Monday. I have been wearing glasses for about 10 years and Dr. Courtney is by far the kindest and most knowledgeable doctor I have seen for my eyes. She did not rush me during the eye testing and took her time answering my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Courtney, especially for patients like me who need a little extra time on the eye tests. I also appreciate the front desk, as they were very welcoming and professional.
