No screens on any windows. The floors are very cheap laminated. Tears easily. Floors. Had small cuts near the entry way. I contacted management and said it would be fixed. I was out of state adoring the time he said he would contact me. I got back in town and was told it was fixed. Workers in my ho.e when I'm not there. Nothing was repaired... 2 claims and nothing has been fixed. I'm retired and put all of my profits from my home I sold in the midwest. No funds now to fix damaged floors.

A lot of wasted space, poor quality, never able to talk to someone, no towel racks, no cable, no phone service, cheap materials for the price of the house. I could go on and on but what good would it do. I would advise anyone who is thinking about these homes look elsewhere, I have been lied to by the builders and the salespeople, We are seniors and on limited budget and have to put every penny we saved into this house just to make it livable. shame on these people for building a house under false pretenses.
