Bartt was great to work with. He was patient with me when I was having a hard time deciding on my flooring. He got me answers immediately when I had questions. The work was done very professionally and in a timely manner by the crew he sent. We are very pleased with how great the new flooring looks! Great price, great installation and great customer service! What else could you want?
We had our whole house of flooring replaced and to say we are pleased would be an understatement. The new carpet and vinyl plank flooring looks absolutely amazing. The crew was extremely respectful and hard working. They finished two days earlier than estimated and did a fantastic job. I have already recommended them to friends and family.
I have to say by far the best place to find what you need after trying the boxstore nearby where I found very little service nor interrest in my project. I decided to go ‘Small Biz’!!! The showroom was greatly stocked & Bart was awesome and knowledgable to help me with my quest. Can’t wait for my movie theater to get the final touch!! As I hired them for two projects because of great customer service!! Thanks a lot for everything
Beware: Do not use this company they are very unprofessional and the manager Bartt Rankin is rude. On the day of installation they sent a one person installer that by all appearance was not able to handle the job alone. There was one piece of furniture that had to be moved as my husband is disabled and unable to help him move it, removing old carpet and padding, then installing new materials would require atleast two people.
