Our family has rented from Lance the past few years. Always responsive, and any issues that come up are always resolved. This past Memorial Day weekend we rented a large ski boat (crownline) which was great for our large group of folks. The next day he let us add a 12 person tritoon which my kids enjoyed tubing behind even more than the powerful ski boat. Additionally he let us keep both boats at our dock over night as well.
