We love our home and neighborhood. Safe and quiet location. Our place is clean and it's been updated. We have a wonderful backyard for our dog. Very happy with the manager. Anytime we need something fixed with our place, the maintenance team gets it done quickly. Nice place to live :)
We've really enjoyed living here for the past 6+ years. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our unit has been updated with floors, windows, tile, and bathrooms. The manager and her maintenance team have been great and very responsive to our needs. I know for a fact the management team makes sure all tenants follow the rules which is a good thing. The manager will be very nice at first to get you to move in and talk you into a double deposit. Then she will total flip her script and HARASS you over every minute thing. When it's important to her she will email, write notices, show up to your door with demands. But if you need something fixed it will happen on her timem She will cuss vulgarities at residents and speak to them with complete disregard to the fact she is supposed to be acting in a professional manor.
