Update July 3nd 2026. I’m extremely disappointed in the clinic today. I called to see if they could help my dog get a bone out that was stuck on his teeth. Nope no time. Seriously it would have taken 10 minutes. I’m not sure we will be returning. Our experience with staff, from the receptionist, to the tech to the doctor was fantastic. Dr Paula Dietrich was very knowledgeable about dogs. We were both impressed. Sal was impressed as well. Haha he usually isn’t at all. We’re happy to have his new care team. I highly recommend.
I don’t usually write reviews but I’m so annoyed I had to. About two months ago we had an appointment and I had to reschedule due to family issues. There told me they’d text me the link to pay a deposit. Never received it, it fell off my radar And then I got a message my appointment was cancelled because I didn’t pay. Well tried to reschedule again and the same thing happened. They said they sent me ace my son text messages but we never received them.
