I seen Tedi Payne. She was super tentative to what I told her. She answered each question I had. She tried to help me with the answers I needed. Her staff was kind. I was a new patient they got me in quickly and there was not much of a wait. I will see them again.

Absolutely wonderful people, they can help with expenses and give you all the information that you need and then some. Very kind and giving people, I would highly recommend to anyone, we went in there originally to get our babies, birth certificate, will definitely be going back for any and all needs.

For about 2 years we have been watching the practice at this clinic decline. Doctors and staff were systematically pushed out and replaced with subpar staff. More than once I had to call Dr Kemm's nurse in Nevada because the clinic was not refilling prescriptions. Unfortunately the clinic director decided the clinic needed to handle things. More than once Amanda at the clinic lied and said she had just received the refill request that day. I guess she didn't understand how Walgreens' app worked. Office Manager and reception staff are rude and borderline abusive towards physically and mentally disabled patients, during medical crisis. "Dr. Russell Kemm" will fire disabled patients during medical crisis.
