Such an unprofessional doctor office. Doctor turnover is so high, we've never seen the same person twice in the 4 years we've had to go here. They rarely put anything in your child's charts, so the next doctor they provide has absolutely no clue on their history and you have to start from scratch.
Can't get through to the WIC office or the Cedar Pediatrics office. I can't get past the robot to talk to a real person. Literally have to drive a 40 minute round trip just to make appointments and gas prices are too damn high for that.
Can never get into contact with receptionist or nurse phones lines have not been working since September can’t dial in 0-10 people have emergency’s I have told them numerous of times you call ingham county health center and the lines do not work.
