I had a very concerning overall experience participating in a clinical research study at this site. From the beginning, the process felt disorganized and poorly managed. There was repeated confusion around basic study procedures, especially informed consent. I requested a copy of the consent document during my initial visit but was told it would be emailed later instead of being provided at the time.
