Dr. Bilanzich is the absolute best! While out on leave, Dr. Penberthy covered for Dr. B and ended up delivering my baby. Dr. Penberthy was/is just as great and trustworthy as Dr. B. Cedar City Hospital OB/GYN and Labor and Delivery are amazing!
These people just give you the run around. All they care about is the money. Dont recommend at all!
