It was everything I would expect from a doctor's office they helped me a lot and I feel a bit better now
Nurses on Narcotics. Stole and took my Dads Codeine narcotic pain medicine. Then they "freaked out" and locked themselves in the bathroom while my dad died.
This is the best instacare and Dr. office. Everyone in the office treats you with respect, kindness and professionalism. I keep coming back for the receptionist girls because they are so sweet and nice. I also come back for Dr. Pratte he always seems to know what works best and always creates a treatment plan that works best. I have been in and out of multiple IHC's this one is by far the best. Terrible service and extremely unprofessional and onery receptionist. Was very rude! Left the minute we walked in!!
This Hospital's billing department is the worst. Not helpful at all, very rude when trying to figure out their billing and what my balance was actually for.
It is a zero...do not go to this place...Bad News!!! Brother now on hospital and daughter has pneumonia after this place sent her home twice. You should be shut down!!! TERRIBLE, BEWARE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! (I guess we have to give them a 1 or you can't post)
I am only giving one star because there is no option for none....I went in yesterday because I crashed really badly on a gas powered scooter, my ankle is swollen to twice the size, I think I have a sprained wrist, don't know for sure they did not really care, I am 99% sure I have a broken rib they say I don't but since no radiologist looked who knows, I have cuts all over my legs and one leg is swollen to twice the size. Last night my 2 year old had a nurse-maids elbow. He was pulling his sister's hair and she grabbed his arm and pulled. I knew immediately what it was and that he needed his elbow reset. We rushed to the instacare and hoped they would do the 2 second procedure right away so he wouldn't be in screaming pain anymore. Instead they made us wait and listened to him scream for 30 minutes before seeing a PA. The only reason it wasn't longer was because I was persistent about him being helped right away. Very friendly and took great care of me. The doctor and staff seemed very concerned with my condition, and the nurse even called me up the next day just to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. I am very pleased with the service that I recieved.
